3. Purposes and legal grounds.

4. Automation and AI. We may use automated systems and artificial-intelligence services to classify inquiries, extract information and assist in drafting responses. Automated tools do not independently make contractual commitments, approve payments, agree supplier terms or make other significant commercial decisions on our behalf. Such decisions are subject to human review.
5. Recipients and service providers. We share personal data only as needed with: platform and technology providers (such as Meta, Wix, n8n, Google, our AI service provider and our email provider); suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics companies, customs brokers and payment providers; and public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers. Some of our service providers may process or store personal data outside Georgia. We use safeguards appropriate to data-protection requirements.
7. Retention. Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction unless a longer period is necessary for legal obligations.
